I can't say enough good things about the service I have received from the staff at Jim's Carpet. I am trying to remodel a kitchen from a state away, and I've lost count of the number of times Brandy has driven to the house to check details and colors, or has contacted other contractors to coordinate. She has done way more footwork than would normally be required, despite the fact that the rooms where flooring will be replaced are fairly small. Beatrice is fortunate to have flooring specialist with such great customer service.
